William (Bill) Toomey

With over 40 years in Senior Executive Business Management, Sales, Service, Logistics, Distribution, Lease and Laboratory Research and Development, Bill has built businesses with Rental Process Systems, Direct, Private Label and Distribution with and for World Class Customer Service Programs for both Process Chemicals and Process Equipment

Leading by demonstrating Innovation, Application Execution, Fluid Process Reliability, Water Clarification, Reuse, Transfer and Waste Minimization of Complete Process Systems. Diverse experience includes Energy  Industrial, Pharmaceutical/ Biopharmaceutical, Agricultural, Mining, Pulp & Paper, Food & Beverage, Automotive, Run-off and Municipal Water & Wastewater, yet inclusive of Onshore, Offshore and Subsea Applications. Proudly taught graduate Engineering in Fluid Process Optimization seminars for 7 years at Texas A & M University. Lifetime greatest pride is in developing and mentoring many current Executive Leaders across numerous Process Industries. All through 50 years of Marital bliss with wife Sheila, 4 children 4 in-law children and eight amazing grandchildren., Bill is all about The Process.

Albert Jalkh

Albert Jalkh is a global finance executive with over 20 years of experience leading high-performing teams across industrial services, manufacturing, real estate, and financial markets. He has a proven track record of driving growth, improving profitability, and creating shareholder value through strategic leadership, cost optimization, and financial restructuring.

Throughout his career, Albert has held senior finance roles in multinational and publicly listed companies, including nearly two decades at Schlumberger, where he managed multi-billion-dollar operations and successfully doubled profitability in key markets. His expertise spans corporate finance, treasury, M&A, project finance, and ERP implementations, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

Fluent in English and Portuguese, Albert is recognized for his strategic counsel, cross-cultural leadership, and ability to deliver results in complex global environments.

Gerald Touseatant

Gerald Touseatant is a seasoned energy sector professional with over 40 years of expertise in sand control/frac pack, upper/lower completions, stimulation chemicals and design, wellbore displacements, and mud engineering. He has held leadership roles spanning operations, sales, business development, and international market expansion across North and South America, the Middle East, and Asia. Gerald is recognized for securing multimillion-dollar contracts, introducing advanced technologies to global markets, and building strong client and partner relationships.  He combines technical depth with strategic vision, delivering proven results in complex, cross-cultural environments.

Gary Woolsey

Experienced sales and business development leader in the oil, gas, and energy sectors with deep expertise in environmental and operational waste management solutions. Proven track record in senior leadership roles across global markets, driving growth through innovative system and equipment design—holding multiple patents for industry advancements. Skilled in strategic planning, financial management, project execution, and international business expansion.

David Attaway

David Attaway is a Petroleum Engineer with 20+ years of global experience in deepwater, unconventional, and production enhancement projects. He has led technical and business development roles with Halliburton, earning multiple patents, industry publications, and MVP awards for innovation in sand control and fracturing. As a business owner and consultant, David combines technical expertise with strong commercial insight to deliver practical solutions for energy challenges worldwide.

Lance Hartman

Lance Hartman – Worked in deepwater drilling on subsea equipment for 10+ years in the GOM and overseas on blow out preventers and subsea trees. After leaving the oil field service life to spend more time with my family I started a welding company providing offshore skids, prefab pipe and R&D projects for deepwater drilling companies along with structural fab and erection services for commercial and industrial construction. Utilizing these resources we are able to fabricate our products in the USA giving our customers assurance that our equipment and services are of the highest quality and delivered on time to ensure your project is always moving forward.

Bruce Presley

Bruce Presley is an operations focused executive with decades of experience in Energy, Industrial and global Fluid Process Engineering. With projects in Oilfield, Gas field Cryogenics, Water, Wastewater, Biofuels and Environmental Remediation Management, Bruce has built, installed, operated Resource Recovery, process fluid Reuse and upgraded systems throughout numerous industries as a seasoned energy sector professional and Water Treatment expert from Wastewater to Reverse Osmosis. Building stout 2205 SS Systems for the US Military. Bruce also built the Modular Systems used to Clean up the EPA project of the Ashtabula River in Ohio. He has held leadership roles in fabrication and operations, sales, business development, and international market expansion globally; across the Americas, the Middle East, and Asia. Bruce is recognized for managing multimillion-dollar contracts, introducing advanced technologies to global markets, through Modular Process Systems, ready for rapid deployment. He builds strong client and partner relationships.  He combines operational expertise with strategic vision, delivering proven results in complex environments with bottom line efficiency.

Chris Beasley

Chris Beasley is one of the co-founders of Tejas Process Systems.  He has over 40 years of business leadership experience in specialty chemicals and minerals processing.  Prior to TPS, Beasley has held positions in corporate strategy, business development, and general management with companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 global corporations, including Dow Chemical, Eaton Corporation, Synthomer, and OxyChem.  He served as Chief Operating Officer of Metton America, a Japanese-owned manufacturer of thermoset molding resins.  Beasley is also a fractional COO, advising clients on growth strategies and organizational preparedness for scale-up.  Beasley holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, and an MBA degree from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business.  He also received several patents during his early career at Dow Chemical.
