What We Do

TPS engineers and manufactures modular, mobile, and durable process systems designed for rapid deployment and long-term reliability. From chemical treatment, filtration, and electrostatic coalescence to membrane separation and ion exchange, our systems are built to:

• Recover valuable hydrocarbons, minerals, and process fluids
• Reduce slop oil and wastewater volumes
• Enable full or partial water reuse and compliant discharge

Each system from Tejas Process Systems is built using high-quality materials urethane and epoxy coatings, corrosion-resistant piping, and precision fabrication to exceed customer expectations for reliability and performance.

Our Facility

Located on a 10-acre site in Brookshire, Texas, just west of Houston, Tejas Process Systems operates near hundreds of global energy industry and service company headquarters, allowing TPS to respond quickly to client needs and collaborate closely on project design, fabrication, and delivery.
